Transport to work. That’s what we do.

AACE’s goal is to develop solutions for what the Fund for Our Economic Future in Northeast Ohio has dubbed the Transportation Paradox of No Car, No Job – No Job, No Car. Our aim is to provide community and faith-based educational offerings and working solutions to help build new ministries for churches as well as to work closely with employers located in urban, suburban and rural areas to reduce the burden on these employers of finding qualified workers. Simultaneously, the AACE will address the burden confronting a pool of workers who desire  to work but are not capable of finding work as a result of jobs and development patterns that have segregated them and left them on an island without training and transportation for in demand jobs that can uplift their lives and the lives of their families.
